Upper Deck Rental Agreement
• Cost is $100.00 for rental fee plus a $25.00 deposit (refundable on the same day after usage).
• Two hours maximum rental time.
• If you are using the pools, non-members must pay the group pool admission, there is no charge for members, and guests of members pay the guest of a member pool admission.
• Your rental fee does not include cleaning of the deck. We ask that you pick up all your trash and dispose of it by the back emergency gate (to the left of the pumphouse/ behind the kiddie pool). Extra trash bags are available. OTHS will sweep and hose the deck off.
• Food must be on the tables only and eaten only on the deck, not around the pools. Drinks must stay on the deck area, they cannot be around the pools. Dispose of both properly.
• We have electricity, a water spigot, and a gas grill available on the deck.
• No alcoholic beverages or glass containers allowed.

Childcare Rental Rental Agreement
1. Cost is $40.00 for rental fee during the off hours plus a $30.00 damage deposit (refundable on the same day - front desk staff will check the room and give you your refund).
2. Child care room is in business Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. – 7 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Room rental may be from 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. Monday - Friday, after 12:30 p.m. on Saturday and anytime on Sunday. Two hours maximum rental time.
3. If you are using the pools, non-members must pay pool admission and members are no charge.
4. Your rental fee does not include cleaning of the facility. If you have any questions or need help finding the mop, broom, vacuum, trash bags, etc. please ask the front desk.
5. Food must be on the tables only inside and disposed of properly. Please take the trash out to the dumpster (back parking lot).
6. The table needs to be washed with disinfectant spray which is at the metal sink on the counter. The counter needs to be washed next to the sink and wash off the chairs.
7. The floor has to be mopped; the mop and bucket are in the closet. Water and disinfectant can be obtained from the laundry room. The carpet has to be vacuumed; the vacuum is in the closet between the downstairs locker rooms.
8. All toys must be put back and the room left just as you found it. Sandbox must be covered.
9. Please make sure the bathroom is clean, including the toilet.
10. Windows need to be washed; Windex is on the counter by the sink.
